Apple Pie Spice Quick Bread


  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp All Spice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 3/4 Milk I used Unsweetened Coconut Milk.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan. I prefer to grease my loaf pan with coconut oil, but cooking spray will work equally well.
  2. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, All Spice, and Sugar with a fork or whisk in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl combine Apple Sauce, Eggs, Butter, and Milk. Mix either with a fork or an electric mixer with a paddle.
  4. Slowly add dry mixture to wet ingredients making sure dry ingredients are completely mixed in before adding more. You will want to mix with an electric mixture of a fork. The dough is a thick consistency similar to a muffin batter once all dry and wet ingredients are combined.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Check bread for doneness. Allow bread to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Run knife around edges, take bread out of pan, and allow the bread to finish cooling on a cooling rack.
