Make sure to store the Homemade Greek Salad Dressing in a closed container such as a salad dressing container or a mason jar. And don’t refrigerate. Just keep it on the table. If you refrigerate it the oil will solidify. If your oil does solidify simply run your jar under hot water for a minute and your Homemade Greek Dressing will be back to normal!
Homemade Greek Salad is a great addition any salad, veggies or meat.
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic minced
In a bowl whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
Store in a closed container. Store unrefrigerated for up to one week.
Shake before each use.
