Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Cake is an easy delicious recipe that feeds a crowd.
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Milk I use coconut
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Butter I use Vegan
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Cream Cheese softened (I use Dairy Free)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add water and butter to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. In a bowl combine Flour, Salt, Sugar and Baking Soda. In a separate bowl mix Milk, Eggs and Vanilla. Add Milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir then slowly add boiling water. Mix by hand until batter is well combined. The batter will be the consistency of a thick cake batter. Set cake batter aside. In a bowl mix Brown Sugar, Flour, Cinnamon and Softened Cream Cheese together. Pour cake batter into a 12X17 greased cookie sheet. Drop tablespoon sized dollops of the Cream Cheese mixture all over the cake batter. Swirl Cream Cheese Mixture into Cake Batter using a knife. Bake cake for 20 minutes. Let cool. You may add optional frosting.
2 cups Powdered Sugar
5 tbsp Milk
1 tsp vanilla
Add Powdered Sugar to a bowl. Separately mix Milk and Vanilla. Add Milk mixture to Powdered Sugar and mix with a whisk or a fork until completely combined.
